I've got some imap servers that I deleted inside mozilla, but mozilla did not
delete the associated folder in ~/.mozilla/boris/random.slt/ImapMail/, the
matching .mtf file, and all .sbd directories and .mtf files for the folders on
the imap server.
Reproducible: Always
