/start/ suggests that /releases/stable.html includes 1.5 which it does not

Steps to reproduce:
1. run mozilla
2. read the start page
3. read the paragraph before "Suggestions for this page to Gerv"
Note: if the build you are using is not an official mozilla.org final release
(like 1.4.1 or 1.5), then it has been made available for testing purposes only,
with no end-user support. If that sounds scary, you'd probably be better off
with one of those final releases.
Now I'm not an English major, nor do I have a degree in English, but I read this
paragraph (which I doubt anyone else did). And I resolved "those final releases"
to mean "an official mozilla.org final release (like 1.4.1 or 1.5)". This seemed
reasonable to me, since it had a large number of matching words and nowhere else
did the page mention them.
4. Click "final releases".
Expected results:
A page that talks about final releases like 1.4.1 and 1.5. (Note that I've
converted or to and, this is reasonable.)
Actual results:
A page that talks about mozilla 1.4.1/1.4 and used to talk about mozilla
1.0.2/1.0.1/1.0.
What's wrong?
well, if you read the top of the document you probably saw:
(If that doesn't sound like something you meant to do, you might be better off
with one of our stable releases.)
And there "stable releases" is a link to http://www.mozilla.org/releases/stable.html
That's fine, it didn't tell me what releases would be at the next page, just
that they'd be stable. This differs from the section I read which talked about
"final releases" and led me to believe that 1.5 or other "final releases" would
be mentioned there.

/releases/stable.html should include 1.5. All final releases are considered
stable, according to the official word from chofmann. Daniel Wang has changing
this page on his To Do list.

gerv, I was waiting for your opinion. I already changed stable.html, but it
seems we were thinking about two different things. Can you look at stable.html
and suggest changes?

following a newsgroup thread, I've convinced Gerv that changing stable.html is
the wrong way to go to fix this, and the link should just point to the 1.x
download page instead.

thanks Gerv.
unfortunately I appear to have forgotten my CVS password, and apparently this
patch doesn't apply (probably because I copied and pasted it into the bug from
the doctor webpage 'cause I couldn't find a better way of doing it...).
so if someone would like to make these changes... Daniel? timeless?
As mentioned on irc that someone needs access to /start/, i've requested it but
do not have it.
