226645 - Crash when closing Message Filters dialog

I just installed the latest nightly (Build 2003112308) at work on a Windows 2000
SP4 computer.

Mozilla crashes when the "Message Filters" dialog is closed.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Select Tools|Message Filters...
2. Close the dialog with Alt+F4 or via the close button.

Result: crash
Reproducible: always

The crash does not occur with a fresh profile with no accounts defined. As soon
as you create an account, the crash happens after the given steps.

Unfortunately I can't get a stack trace.

Robert/Boris, I don't see any Mail dups, and I can't remember if the layout
crash responsible for this was/is fixed.

Verified: Backing out the patch from bug 223736 fixes this. So this has the same
cause as bug 226604.

Removing the blocking 1.6? flag from this dupe.
