Pressing Tab key for the first time doesn't move the focus. Pressing it for the second time moves the focus to the first element on the page (which in this case is an image).
This description is a little bit unprecise. Could you please be a bit more specific? If I press the TAB-Button after loading a page, nothing happens, because the cursor is still in the location bar. I first have to click somewhere in the content window, before tabbing works.

Here is what happens to me: If I go to a form on a page, and click on the first field, it shows the cursor. I type something, and when I press tab, the cursor remains in the first field. If I press tab again, I go to the url location bar (form has 2 fields). This is on M12 and Win98.
deepakgoel@hotmail.com, try typing something after each TAB that should be in the form: there is another bug that causes the caret sometimes not to show in the form fields until something is typed. In any case, this is working for me with 2000-01-25-08-M14 on WinNT.
Assigning all open "nobody@mozilla.org" bugs to "leger@netscape.com" to weed thru.
