Drop down combo box doesn't work properly

Details
If there are many entries in the combo box, items in the combo box get
highlighted even though selection works fine. In this case, OS options were
selected.

This is a DUPLICATE of bug 22618 "Pull down menus in forms having strange
highlighting issues" - which is probably a duplicate of another bug,
possibly one fixed earlier that has regressed. Try playing with bug 22618
to confirm.
Removed Reporter's password from the URL.
This actually shows up just as well on any show_bug.cgi - generated page.
