This is probably an error in both the Selection and Event Handling categories,
so I'll give the signs/symptoms in two parts.

Selection: When selecting a URL (by dragging), and a URL is longer than can be
displayed by the URL field, dragging to or past the right border of the URL
field does not cause the field to automatically scroll to the right and continue
highlighting.  Therefore, one must copy the first field's-worth of the URL from
the field to some temp. space, delete the copied portion, and repeat the copy
process with the remaining URL, joining the segments together in the temp.
space.

Event Handling: This assumes that the cursor is active in the URL field.
Although clicking to the left and the right moves the cursor appropriately, the
up/down arrows aren'

The first part of this bug report (drag-selection in the URL bar) is working
properly on WinNT; adding "[PP] Mac:" to Summary.

Tested with: 1999-12-25-08-M13 nightly binary on Windows NT 4.0sp3.

The second part is truncated, but is possibly a DUP of bug 20146,
"Compose: Down arrow and Up arrow don't work on last and first line" (for
selection).

akkornel@spsp.net, could you please read bug 20146, and respond here
as to whether it is the same issue; if it isn't could you please
enter a new bug report for the issue you were trying to report
regarding Up/Down Arrows in the URL bar? There should only be one
issue per bug report; please review the Bug Writing Guidelines

akkornel@spsp.net, I can't reproduce this using the 2000010409 Mac OS M13 build.
