Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to a page with pictures big enough to have an horizontal and vertiacal
scrollbar
2. Resize the Mozilla window
3. Check the the square between the two scrollbar

Actual Results:  
The little square between the two scrollbar isn't refreshing correctly.

Expected Results:  
Refreshing correctly.
