I set up a lot of computers, and I'm just sick and tired of having to download
TBE each time I do a new install of Firebird. This is the only thing I use TBE
for anyhow, and a simple cut-and-paste of a bit of code to include the closebox
option would make life a lot easier for me and many others.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a new tab.
Actual Results:  
Firebird requires a click on the right close button or selection of a context
menu option to close the tab.

Expected Results:  
Firebird should provide an advanced option to add a close button to each tab,
like TBE does now.
