This has been requested many times on the wishlist newsgroup so I thought I'd
pass it along.

When spawning a new window from an open window, the new window should adopt the
current history from that window -- just like IE.

This appears to be the same issue as in bug 18808 "Spawned windows should
inherit back button/go menu history." - pending UI review.
