Note the title and the extremely large font/formatting.

I have attached that JPG to this bug (so that this bug doesn't rely on an
external source.)

Still need to check if this problem still happens with recent versions of
mozilla and Bugzilla.

This appears as if it were a bug in mozilla which is mostly likely fixed now
(notice the early-blue theme)...  First guess is that it's related to <h1>.
