I know that i'm supposed to write in here the steps for replication... more
applicable in this case is steps to not replicate, and i haven't figured tose
out yet. I've read the installation instructions for win32 that were provided
in the release notes, followed them to the letter and it doesn't work. It's
always the same crash. After it's done doing stuff with my profiles, the output
is

Qfa: Talkback loaded OK
WEBSHELL+=2

then it stops. Talkback comes up, and sometimes even it crashes, but that's not
your concern. Anyway, i have norton crash guard on my PC and it comes up with
this every time
"MOZILLA.EXE caused fault #c0000005 in JS3250.DLL at address 0177:609c0537

To date, CrashGuard has recorded 34 fatal error(s) in this program.

Hope that helps you out some.

Summary: It crashes on startup.. consistantly → It crashes on startup.. consistently
Umm...this isn't an installer bug. The installer isn't crashing; Mozilla is
crashing.

Have you already deleted your Mozilla Registry? (More information is in the
release notes)
this looks like the 19165 problem- are you using the installer as a work around?
Not an install problem. In fact, if this *is* the same as 19165 running a
recent install will fix it. It's not clear from the bug whether the install was
run or simply unzipped.

This is link to installer-mikenjax, you may want to read bug 19165 to see what
using the installer will do to workaround this problem.
