Changes made in the header/footer via file->page setup are not changed in
about:config.
print.print_footerleft
print.print_footerright
print.print_headerleft
print.print_headerright 
keep their original value and won't go blank.

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:  
after starting up firebird I have to go to header/footers in page setup.
Alle settings are diplayed right, but executed incorrectly if you make a print.
Pressing OK in that dialogue fixes the problem (until the next time).

Expected Results:  
1) Respect the settings and print w/o headers/footers.
2) The settings in about:config should change if changes are made in the
headers/footers dialogue
3) This should really be fixed ,first complaints date back a long time (years !)

This is not a release showstopper.
And please refrain from marking a bug blocking+. That is a developer-only
option. You may only nominate for blocking status with the blocking?-flag.
