I think it'd be neat to be able to tear off a tab and have it become it's own
window. I just now wanted this because I was reading the Ruby manual online, and
wanted to move to the part of my FVWM2 virtual desktop that contains my emacs so
I could try some stuff.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Be using a virtual desktop window manager
2. try to tear a tab off and drag it to the window of your choice
3. look all bummed because it didn't work.
