There is no scrollbar at the left of the window (or the bottom when required).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Mozilla Firebird (lastest nightly)
2. Go to long webpage
3. Observer absence of scrollbar

Actual Results:  
No scrollbar existed

Expected Results:  
A scrollbar should have been present

Does anyone else also experience this?

It will happen with any webpage.  I used this one as an example in the URL (just
added it)

This could possibly be caused by you using a theme that hasn't been updated
since the recent toolkit api change. Try using the default theme and see if
they're still missing.

The scrollbar has been restored, but sometimes it goes missing.  It is difficult
to reproduce.
