I'm using Win2k. Graphic card is Matrox Millennium G450 Dual-Head and dual
display is enabled. (First monitor on the right, the second on the left -- but
I doubt this has anything to do with this bug).
When a Mozilla window (any window: browser, mail or whatever) is placed in the
second display, mouse focus isn't consistant. By that, I mean these following
phenomena can happen:
* when you put the mouse pointer on any button on the tools bar, the button
lights up for less than one second and then goes dark, as if the mouse pointer
isn't on it.
* when the mouse pointer is on a menu item, that item lights up for a short
while and then turns back to normal state
* when mouse pointer is placed on a hyperlink, the URL is displayed on the
status bar for a short while and then disappears.
* etc, etc
I hope at this point you understand that the problem seems that the mouse
doesn't have focus on the window, whose effect/event is no longer transmitted to
lower levels.

Bug 75313 isn't clear if its window focus (ie active or inactive) or mouse focus
in general.
Bug 159277 is exactly the same as this one. However, its title seems to change
a bit to reflect the whole bug.
