22857 - Label not visible in div tag

when <label> Label Text</label> is used within div tag for a control then label
text is not visible however if label is clicked then focus is move to control.
Also if any word is typed after label tag then word is visible on next line
rather than next to label.

I really don't understand what the issue is in reguards to focus and typing in
text with a label. Please submit a better example. This example here illustrates
how clicking on the label doesn't change the checkbox. That IS a bug.

labels now work, marking this bug as invalid, because I can't figure out what
exactly is wrong.
