228584 - When I print this page, it tries to print 4730 pages of mostly blank paper (heading only). My printer is using PCL5 on a Lexmark 4039 printer.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the page
2. Print it
3.

Actual Results:  
After a long wait, printer starting printing normal pages, but after a 7 good
pages started spewing out page after blank page with only a heading line and
page numbers showing "n of 4730" at the bottom.

Expected Results:  
Printing the web page.

Print-to-file or Print-preview hangs 2003-12-12-09 on Linux.

This looks like the same problem as bug 231823.

The sample page contains a very complex table structure. I've left the table
structure intact, but removed the unnecessary tags, replaced the text content
with single words like "P" for a paragraph and "Item" for a list item. Several
of the tables set a border of 0; I've changed these to 1 so that the borders
are visible.

When I print-preview this page, it produces 271 pages. Most of them contain one
line apiece from the main content area.

Now with both depencies fixed, a print preview of the reduced testcase is only
13 pages.  Perhaps we should resolve this bug.
