The address tab on a card should allow the entry of 0 or more addresses.  Each
address should have a user defined identifier: "Home", "Summer House", "Work",
"Work #2", etc...

This should be possible with LDAP addressbooks as well, 
so it might require a new LDAP scheme.

requirement as this one with some other stuff, that I expect that we will do at
the same time if we do this one.
