Mozilla Mail should be able to tread attached e-mails as normal e-mails. I can
open an attached mail in a new mail window, but I cannot save, forward, reply etc.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. forward an e-mail as attachment
2 [review]. open the attached mail from the new mail
3. try to save or forward it



Expected Results:  
treat the mail as a normal mail from my mailbox
