The webpage loads in a certain font size.  If I do CNTL + to increase the size
it's fine until I close the page.  Then if I open a new instance of firebird,
the size is back to what it was before I enter CNTL +.  I want the font sizes to
stay larger every time, every web page, which is what MSIE 6 does.  Thanks  

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open web page
2.  CNTL + to increase font
3.  close browser
4. open browser
5.  font size is not what I set it to, have to do CNTL + again



Expected Results:  
at step 4, the font size should remain what I set it at insead of having to do
CNTL + EVERY time I load the browser.

There is a Mozilla Suite bug for this, bug 108391.
