From the home page http://www.uob.com.my, select "Personal Internet Banking"
login. Enter anything at the User ID and Password fields, a JavaScript error
window would popup. The error message was "Security applet cannot be loaded. Pls
enable applet in browser. Appstr is [obkect HTMLAppletElement]. Unable to login
to online banking screen.
The Firebird installation has been configured with the latest JRE. It worked on
other Java-enabled online banking sites except this one. My present workaround
is to access this site using IE. I look forward to a resolution to this issue.
Thanks.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit http://www.uob.com.my/
2. Select "Personal Internet Banking" login
3. Enter anything at the User ID and Password field.
Actual Results:
JavaScript error window popup appeared preventing logon to online banking site.
Expected Results:
Login to online banking site.
