dupe, this was already more or less decided in the implementation of the window where some have confirmations, others don't. Dialogs are generally restricted to truly destructive dataloss like saved passwords or form info, which require much more time to build back up to a usable state than cookies. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 210173 ***
