Very annoying to have all your cookies cleared because of a misclick on the
"Clear" button in the prefs window. Can we add an "Are you sure?" window? Is it
appropriate?

dupe, this was already more or less decided in the implementation of the window
where some have confirmations, others don't. Dialogs are generally restricted
to truly destructive dataloss like saved passwords or form info, which require
much more time to build back up to a usable state than cookies.
