In Firebird, the "For IE Users" menu item appears below the "Release Notes" menuitem. This should be changed to be the second menu item. This way help content is separated from online content. steps to reproduce: 1) open up Help menu 2) notice how For IE Users has the "Release Notes" menu item above it. What should happen: It needs to be moved up for good menu orgnaization.
I think release notes belongs above IE users.
alanjstr: wouldn't it be much more logical to have all the Help items grouped up at the top, and then have the other stuff below it? This is how IE does it.

After looking at it, I agree, it should be Help Contents (though I don't think I like that name), For Internet Explorer Users (I think we should call that Help for Internet Explorer Users), then Release Notes and About.

I used "For Internet Explorer Users" because IE has a "For Netscape Users". I tried to keep similar consistency with IE.
