22985 - no scrollbars in compose window when forwarding inline

With the message forward mode set to 1 (while testing another bug)
the forwarded message is placed inline into the message compose
window and overflows the window but no vertical or horizontal
scrollbars are created so you can't read the entire message.

Linux...

Sorry, I don't remember now which message I originally had the problem with.
It seems that I'm only seeing the problem with mime type multipart/mixed,
that is, messages that are forwarded web pages or messages with vcards.
I'm still having the problem with the Jan 10 nightly build.

I have try on Unix, Mac & Windows using the same message than Dawn and was not able to reproduce the problem!

This is fixed for me in the jan 12 build! Feel free to come over and check it
out tomorrow. I still have my broken jan 11 build.
