When the focus is on any text input field (any of these on bugzilla, in your
favorite webmail interface, or even in the location bar) and you press the
context menu key on the keyboard (the one between right ctrl and the windows
key), Firebird crashes.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put the focus in a text input field (like this one in Bugzilla, or the
address bar)
2. Press the context menu button.

Actual Results:  
Crash.

Expected Results:  
Context menu pops up.

This could be a bad problem, particularly for webmail users who could lose a
long email if they hit that key on the keyboard. It is often hit accidentally
instead of right shift or right ctrl.

Right-click context menu behavior is normal.

WFM with 0.8 branch build 20031230, though the contextmenu appears in the
incorrect position using that button.
