Statusbar link target text disappears when mouseover occurs on secondary
monitors of a multiple monitor system.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find a multiple-monitor Win2K system. My system happens to have a Matrox G400
DualHead adapter.
2. Arrange secondary monitors to left of main desktop so screen coordinates are
negative (top-left of main desktop is (0,0))
3. Mouse over a link on main desktop - link target is displayed
4. Drag window onto second display
5. Mouse over same link.
Actual Results:  
Link target displays briefly but changes to "Done" as soon as mouse stops moving.

Expected Results:  
Link target should remain in statusbar even when mouse is stationary, as long as
mouse pointer remains over the link.

You can even position the browser window so that it (and a link within it)
straddles both displays. In this case the link target remains if you mouse over
with the mouse pointer on the primary (positive screen coordinate) display, but
again fails to display properly if you mouse moves over the exact same link on
the secondary display.

The only way to see the link target is to keep moving the mouse from side to
side over the link. Or keep dragging the window onto the primary display, see
the target, then drag it back out of the way.
