The alarms for all non-acknowledged events (including recently snoozed ones)
keep popping up whenever an event is added, modified or removed, even if the
starting date is in the future.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Ensure some non-acknowledged alarms exist, e.g. by adding some new events
starting in the past.
2. When the the Alarms window pops up, snooze some of the non-acknowledged
alarms, e.g. for 60 minutes.
2. Add, modify or remove an event that has a starting date in the future.

Actual Results:
The Alarms window pops up again, showing all the non-acknowledged alarms,
including the snoozed ones.

Expected Results:
The Alarms window should not pop up, because a) the addition, modification or
removal of the event affected only a future date; and b) alarms that were just
snoozed for 60 minutes should never pop up in any case.
