Leaves floating utility menu in foreground.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. L. click Bookmarks, R. click Quick Searches,
2. reposition mouse over Tools, making upside down U path with pointer over
menus to do so
3. select Options, UTILITY MENU STATE = OPEN, Secondary OPTIONS menu also open.
INVALID WINDOW/MENU STATE.
Actual Results:
Frustration. Utility menu left floating in forground.
Expected Results:
closed the utility menu as soon as other menu item was selected

confirmed in 0.8 and 0.6.1 also on windows 2000.
possibly related to one of the context-menus in bookmarks-menus bugs.
should probably change summary to include: "right"/"context" and "bookmarks"
