This comes up quite often. We need to make a note somewhere under "Using the
Mail Account Setup Wizard" that there's no UI for entering passwords. The user
will be prompted for password when they first receive/send messages.

This patch adds info that the user will pe prompted for her/his password when
retrieving mail for the first time every session.
