User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.5) Gecko/20031007 Firebird/0.7 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.5) Gecko/20031007 Firebird/0.7 I tried to use matml with firebird 0.7, following the descriptions on http://www.w3.org/Math/XSL/. The file I created and I tried is http://www.w3.org/Consortium/Offices/Presentations/MathML/7.xml I used this file on my local disc, and tried to open it with Firebird. It crashed, but with a drama: I could not restart Firebird (any time I tried to restart it it crashed) even after rebooting my machine. I had to delete the old installation and reinstall it from scratch to get it working again (did Firebird change one of its own directories). Obviously, I did not want to make a second try on the file... Reproducible: Didn't try Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
This only crashes locally? Do you have mathML fonts installed?
WFM on 20040114 on WinXP. Tried on 0.7 and crashed (albeit without the dramatic aftereffect described by the reporter). I think this is a duplicate of bug 218031.
please try with a recent 0.8 candidate, which includes the fix in the original bug. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 218031 ***
