Tested out Mozilla on http://www.thestandard.com and noticed that the three ads
are always the same, whereas they are different (and appropriately sized for
where they are) on Communicator 4.7 or MSIE 4.
Looking at the source code, the top-most ad is a doubleclick.com ad and the two
ads on the right side have different URLS, so I suspect this is a bug with
Mozilla and not with that web site.

When I load the URL:
http://ad.doubleclick.net/adi/idg.thestandard/homepage;pos=top;sz=468x60;tile=1;
ord=032039?
Mozilla "corrects" it to:
http://ad.doubleclick.net/adi/idg.thestandard/homepage;ord=032039?
And thus the essential parameters like "sz" (probably controlling size)
and "tile" (probably making sure the ads are different) are missing.
See testcase. Reassigning to Networking.
