When I imported my addresses from Outlook Express, 
the groups were imported empty. 
If you decide not to import them, please don't create the entries. 


Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Import
2. Messages
3. Choose Outlook Express, have message groups defined in Outlook Express

Actual Results:  
Groups and Messages imported, but groups are empty

Expected Results:  
not imported groups or imported groups with all the names as defined in Outlook
Express
