We've been meaning to do this for a while. The JS auto-fill of Assigned To on
the bug creation screen is all very well, but the popup you get when you've
typed one in and then change component is wrong.
I remember we said this a while back, but never got around to fixing it. Now's
the time, as we are about to go live on b.m.o. :-)
