In the previous Localization note "%1$S is a user name %2$S is the number of new
messages", there were two strings used i.e %1$S and %2$S. With the bug #225413,
only one string is used, but the other string is not removed from Localization note.

Make the localization note appropriate, i.e "%1$S is the number of new messages."
