User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.5) Gecko/20031007 Firebird/0.7
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.5) Gecko/20031007 Firebird/0.7

When one instance of Firebird is running and another instance is launched the
profile manager appears which I would assume is because of file locks on the
default profile. A more user friendly way would be to open a new window like
Windows does when a second Firebird is launched. So basically detect that an
instance is already launched and open a new window. If this is possible it
would be much nicer.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open one instance of Firebird
2. Launch a second instance
3.

Actual Results:
Profile manager appears

Expected Results:
Should open a new window with the same profile that is already used by the other
instance.

The reason for this feature is when clicking on a link in an email another
window would appear and go to that address.
I'd love to see this be implemented as well. The copy of Mozilla that is
included with Fedora Core 1 implements the requested behaviour nicely. Setting
to All/Linux.
