231942 - settings for mail and newsgroup/copies and folders not being saved

In Mozilla 1.6 Mail and Newsgroups account settings I change the settings to
send "sent mail" to "Sent" folder. Upon clicking on "ok" button and closing
window the settings are not saved and boxes are cleared. No copies of sent mail
are saved in "sent" folder

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to edit menu
2.select "mail & newsgroups account settings"
3.select "copies & folders"
4.select "place copy in sent folder on "blah-blah on pop-server.blah.rr.com" 
5.click "ok"
Actual Results:  
Window closes, but all selected fields are cleared. Afterwards, when sending
mail, no copies are saved in "sent" folder

Expected Results:  
Sent mail should leave copy in "sent" folder

Mozilla 1.6 is installed on a Sony Vaio using WinME 4.90.3000 and Oh Canada
theme. PC has 240 megs ram
