232012 - Move non-junk messages back to inbox automatically

I think that there should be an option in Mozilla Mail to the following: when
manually flagging a message as "not junk" that has been moved to the Junk
folder, the message should be moved back to the Inbox automatically. It would
nicely complement the "When I manually mark messages as junk:" option.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Choose a message in Junk folder
2. Click "Not Junk"
Actual Results:  
Message was flagged as not junk, but remained in the Junk folder.

Expected Results:  
The message should have been moved back to my Inbox.
