When changing components for a bug, the standard b.m.o header doesn't show up. This is also the behavior on the landfill Bugzilla install. The header showed with the older version of Bugzilla if I recall correctly. It's not a big problem, but it doesn't look pretty.

At first sight, this behaviour seems to have been there since April 2002, when the template got checked in - unless there was some other thing causing a header to be printed. Now you mention it, I have seen this problem recently, but for some reason my brain didn't register it as a bug. Gerv
