folder in the bookmark toolbar is expanded, but not visible. it is stuck in an
expanded state, and left-clicking on it does nothing. only way to restore is to
right-click on folder and collapse manually.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. left-click on folder in bookmark toolbar
2. right-click on any bookmark
3. left-click anywhere but the context menu for bookmark from #2

Actual Results:  
toolbar folder is unusable until fixed with steps given

Expected Results:  
toolbar folder should be restored to collapsed state

This is Firebird only - there is no context menu for bookmarks in folders on the
personal toolbar in seamonkey.

sorry for bugspam, long-overdue mass reassign of ancient QA contact bugs, filter on "beltznerLovesGoats" to get rid of this mass change
