Today there are certain operations that I do frequently that require multiple bugzilla transactions. They should be doable with a single transaction. If/when an attachment is marked obsolete, and it has pending review requests, those requests should automatically be cancelled. It should not be necessary to do a separate transaction to cancel the review of the obsoleted attachment. With a single transaction I should be able to: a) add a new patch attachment, and b) request a review for it, and c) mark one or more old patches obsolete, and d) cancel any review requests on those obsoleted patches.
