23243 - After Deleting an address book, newly created books don't display added cards

Using build 2000010409m13 on win98, 2000010515m13 on linux and 20000104 on mac
if you delete an address book, then create a new one, added cards to the new
book don't display.

1. Launch Messenger
2. Open Address Book using Tasks menu
3. Select File|New|Address Book to add a book.  Select the new book and add a
card to that new book.  Notice the new card displays in the right pane.
4. Select the New book and click the Delete Button
5. Select File|New|Address Book to add a book.  Select the new book and add a
card to that new book.  Notice the new card does not display in the right pane.

Result: Newly created cards did not display in results pane
Expected: Newly created cards should display immediatley in results pane

Use 2000-02-03-10-M14 on NT and 2000-02-02-15-M14 on Mac (I don't have a Linux 
to test), it works fine.  Please verify on Linux for me.

Using linux build 2000020708m14 this scenario is OK.  Verifying as worksforme.
