23259 - Invalid profile creates directory and files

If you start Mozilla in multi profile environment and go into the "Profiles and
Migration" and delete a profile (and all files) and then press the "x" in the
top right corner to close the window you are returned to the "Select User
Profile" dialog where the newly deleted profiles still are shown (bug 23257).
Show select the recent deleted profile and press Start.
Now the directory where the profile supposed to be is created and files are
created in this directory!
Perhaps the Profile Manager should first check if the directory actually exist
before starting with that profile. The user could be given "This profile is
corrupt" or something like that.
