Central frame is outside screen, instead of center, I have a blank screen and I
have to orizontal scroll to the right to find the frame. Konqueror under Linux
renders it OK.

This was fixed sometime between Jan 25 (where it didn't work) and Jan 30 (where
it works).
I'm going to resolve this as WORKSFORME since I was able to reproduce it in an
earlier build but it now works in the latest nightly builds. If after trying a
newer nightly build (from Jan 30 onwards) you still see this bug, feel free to
reopen.
