Wenn ich Webseiten Offline ansehen möchte, kommt immer die Meldung
daß die Seite Offline nicht verfügbar ist, obwohl ich sie mir vorher angesehen habe.

Translation:
When I want to look at web pages offline, Mozilla always says the page isn't
available offline although I've looked at it previously.
Summary: work offline funktioniert nicht → "work offline" does not work
Some previously-viewed web pages may not display when offline because they're
set to expire from the cache at a specific time.  Also, your cache settings may
affect whether a web page can be viewed offline.

Bug 216490 deals with this same issue.
