User-Agent:
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040113
Using Moz 1.6, I've noticed several instances of where a piece of "back"
information seems lost and apparently consists of just a "/" instead of a URL,
which Mozilla is of course unable to go back to.
I haven't been able to identify just when this happens. Would a very large URL
string get truncated because of insufficient storage per string? I never noticed
this problem in versions prior to 1.6. This is not a common problem but it looks
like a simple string-handling error introduced in 1.6.
Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. I don't know how to reproduce the problem.
2.
3.
Actual Results:
Clicking the "back" button caused an error message indicating the URL "/" could
not be found.
Expected Results:
The previous URL should have been accessed.
