This is a more intuitive interface, and has the added benefit of closing a
particular tab directly (one-click).

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open multiple tabs.

Actual Results:  
The 'X' tab closing button is on the right hand side, but only applies to the
opened tab.  It's also not obvious what that 'X' button will do once you press it.

Expected Results:
