The background image of a cell (set by CSS, may affect background images set via
html too) doesn't display first time, but will display once the window (or a
section of it is redrawn) ie. Resizing Window or Menu appearing over it

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Goto Website. There should be an image behind the text on the right, but it
won't display first time.
Actual Results:  
Image doesn't display

Expected Results:  
Image should display
Probably the same problem as in bug 233094...
Depends on: 233094

Marking invalid based on lack of testcase and hence inability to do anything
about the bug.  If this is still a problem, please reopen and attach a testcase
to the bug.
