User-Agent: Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7a) Gecko/20040205 In the page http://www.cadenaser.com/, if I open a link in a new tab, the cursor changes continuosly hand, stroke, hand.... looks crazy. Until you don't close the tab, cursor changes in any mozilla window. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to http://www.cadenaser.com/ 2. Open any link (for example, "LA VENTANA") in a new tab 3. Cursor looks crazy Actual Results: Cursor switch from a hand into a stroke continuously. Expected Results: Cursor should not change.
Could this be due to reflows triggering mousemove events over and over?
Depends on: 20022
Summary: Cursor changes continuously while staying on the text → Cursor changes continuously while staying on the text
This could be due to the same problem mentioned in bug 20022 comment 66 (third paragraph), which I couldn't reproduce (bug 20022 comment 74).
Yes, David. I also have exactly the same problem with http://news.bbc.co.uk/
I've found another web where the bug is visible: http://www.rae.es/ I think it's a new bug for lastest mozilla versions. It did't happens in my "old" 5th January 2004 Night Buid, but now, with the 20040205 i've found the bug.
Hi! The problem has been SOLVED for me after installing Mozilla 1.7a Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7a) Gecko/20040219

It's worth retesting now that bug 20022 is relanded, but I think this should be fixed.
