I watch several bugzilla participants, but in some cases I get loads of emails
for "hot" bugs that I have no interest in.

Configuring a rule in mail clients is indeed possible, but it won't be of much
use when users access their email from another machine. It also won't help for
those who use webmail clients with limited facilities for defining rules and blocks.

This feature can be similar to the current CC list, just opposite...
