Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the History sidebar.
2. View -> by Date and Site.
3. Notice that all the subfolders are unsorted.
4. View -> by Date.
5. Notice that Today/Yesterday/2 Day Ago/etc. aren't in chronological order (you
may have to repeat step 4 a few times until you see this).
